History of Navnirman Bahu-Uddeshiy Sevabhavi Sanstha (NBSS)
Navnirman Bahuuddeshiy Sevabhavi Sanstha is a registered non-governmental organization committed to social development through skill enhancement, livelihood creation, and inclusive growth. The Trust was established with the vision of empowering marginalized and underprivileged sections of society by providing them with access to quality skill training, employment opportunities, and sustainable means of livelihood.
In India, a large section of youth, women, and socially backward communities face challenges such as unemployment, school dropouts, lack of employable skills, and limited access to formal education. Navnirman Bahuuddeshiy Sevabhavi Sanstha addresses these challenges by designing and implementing need-based skill development programs that are aligned with industry requirements and national occupational standards.
The organization primarily works with women, socially and economically backward classes, urban disadvantaged youth, and students who are school dropouts or have completed 10th or 12th standard education. Our programs focus on transforming lives by equipping beneficiaries with technical skills, soft skills, life skills, and workplace readiness, enabling them to secure dignified employment or become self-reliant entrepreneurs.
Navnirman Bahuuddeshiy Sevabhavi Sanstha actively collaborates with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), the Department of Skill Development, Government of India, and the Department of Skill Development, Government of Maharashtra. Through these partnerships, the Trust ensures high-quality training delivery, certification, and placement support, thereby bridging the gap between training and employment.
Beyond skill training, the organization is deeply committed to social upliftment, women empowerment, and inclusive development. Special emphasis is placed on supporting women to become financially independent, confident, and active contributors to their families and communities.
